Christos Efthymiou is the Founder & Chief Architect of Pleiadian Architects and Associate Chief Architect of Visienne. Internationally recognized for his multidisciplinary approach to architecture, he leads the conception of ultra-luxury private residences, island resorts, heritage hospitality repositioning, destination villages and large-scale masterplans.
His work is distinguished by an uncommon ability to unite architecture, landscape, culture, ecology, commercial strategy and long-term stewardship into coherent environments where every decision contributes to the identity, performance and legacy of the place.

Inessa Pshenichnaya
Inessa Pshenichnaya is the Chief Style Director of Visienne, leading the stylistic direction of our Principal Branded Residences. Working from the artistic vision established for each project, she authors the residence's material palette, interior character, furnishings, decorative arts, textiles, lighting, and curated objects, ensuring every environment reflects the identity and aspirations of its principal.
Her responsibility extends from creative development to execution. Inessa develops detailed interior specifications, sources exceptional furniture, materials, and decorative elements, cultivates relationships with artisans, manufacturers, galleries, and specialist suppliers, and oversees procurement, quality assurance, logistics, and installation. Every decision is guided by the pursuit of timeless elegance, craftsmanship, and coherence.

Catalina Mc Farland
Catalina McFarland helps shape environments that place wellbeing, longevity, and intentional living at the heart of exceptional private residences and destinations. Working across architecture, hospitality, landscape, interiors, and lifestyle, she leads the integration of movement, recovery, nutrition, light, materials, environmental wellbeing, and daily rituals into a unified design framework. Her work reflects the belief that wellness is not an amenity added to a project, but a foundational principle that enhances how people live, connect, perform, and flourish throughout their lives.
Working closely with architects, designers, landscape specialists, medical and wellness advisors, and trusted partners, Catalina develops holistic residential wellness strategies that may include private fitness and movement environments, spa and recovery facilities, sleep optimization, biophilic design, circadian lighting, air and water quality, nutrition and culinary planning, mindfulness spaces, outdoor living, nature immersion, and personalized wellbeing services. Her role is to ensure that every environment supports not only beauty and comfort, but also the long-term health, resilience, and vitality of those who inhabit it.
